Use of our APIs is subject to our separate API Terms. Please review them carefully before integrating FlashCom services into your applications.

Our Telegram services include channels, groups, and bots. Bots are collectively managed under TeleFlash. By using these services, you agree to the following specific rules:

Groups

• You must respect all members at all times. Harassment, hate speech, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
• No spamming, flooding, excessive self-promotion, or unsolicited private message requests to members.
• Do not share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
• Admins reserve the right to warn, mute, or remove members at their discretion.

Channels

• Any third-party content shared will be credited to its original creator where possible. If the creator is unknown, the content will be marked as "Unknown (credit to respective owner)" or an appropriate message will be displayed.
• If you are the original creator of content shared without attribution, please contact us with proof and we will update or remove it promptly.
• Content created by FlashCom may be redistributed, provided proper credit to us is clearly given.
• Unauthorized advertising, promotions, or unrelated third-party links are strictly prohibited.

Bots

Use of our bots is governed by TeleFlash Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please review them carefully before accessing or interacting with any TeleFlash bots.

While we are not responsible for content posted by individual users, we reserve the right to moderate, remove inappropriate material, and block users who violate these rules.

Some of our Services may require payment. By purchasing these Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all charges incurred by your account
• Pay any applicable taxes

Any attempt to dispute or reverse a payment (including chargebacks) will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and related services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlashCom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

While FlashCom is not responsible for such issues, we may take reasonable measures to protect our users and maintain the security and integrity of our Services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
